Parents, friends, staff and former pupils gathered in a marquee on the Head’s Lawn for the BGS annual summer ball to raise money for Blood Cancer UK.
Almost 200 people attended the Hollywood-themed event, organised by the school’s Parent Teacher Association. Actor, broadcaster and former rugby union player Martin Bayfield was master of ceremonies for the evening, which included a charity auction. The final total has yet to be announced.
