Experience the unique BGS charm for yourself
Belmont Grosvenor School (BGS) is Harrogate’s leading independent prep school and nursery for boys and girls from 3 months to 11 years.
During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:
- Join a short information session to learn more about life at Magic Tree Nursery
- Meet our Headteacher and Nursery team and ask any questions you may have
- Tour the Nursery and explore our welcoming learning and play spaces
- Discover our Early Years curriculum and the wider opportunities that enrich every child’s experience
- Learn how we nurture and support each child through every stage on their early development
What makes BGS different?
Building Strong Foundations to Thrive
-
- A nursery within a school environment: a continuous educational journey from nursery through to Year 6, all on one site.
- Children benefit from specialist-led activities: including French, swimming, music, drama and Forest School as they progress through the nursery.
- 20 acres to explore: space to learn and play outdoors, with access to facilities including Forest School, gardens, playgrounds and the swimming pool.
- A genuine school-readiness programme: Pre-Reception gently prepares children for the next stage through a classroom-style environment, timetabled enrichment and increasing involvement in school life.
- Child-led, curiosity-based learning: Learning is shaped around each child’s interests and natural curiosity, encouraging them to explore, discover and develop at their own pace.
- Flexibility plus enhanced provision: Flexible attendance options and funded childcare are combined with an enriched nursery experience that goes beyond the standard EYFS provision.
Whether you are considering nursery, preschool or prep school education, we would be delighted to welcome you and your family.
We look forward to welcoming you to BGS.
