Before School Care
Before School Care (BSC) is available from 8am at no extra charge
All children up to Year 2 are cared for in our Pre-Prep Stables Hall before being taken to their classrooms at 8.30am.
Children in Years 3 to 6 are supervised in the Ogden library, in main school, before heading to their classrooms from 8.30am
After School Care
After School Care (ASC) is available until 6pm each school day.
The school offers three different types of care and, for each, the first 30 minutes is a free service, then charged at £5 per half hour afterwards.
Parents are encouraged to book their children into ASC session by contacting the school office.
Pre-Prep waiting: Pre-Reception to Year 2 children who are being collected at 4pm may attend from 3.30 to 4pm, free of charge. After 4pm a charge is made.
Pre-Reception to Year 2: Pre-Prep children who are remaining in school beyond 4pm attend our out-of-school care room where they are given a drink and snack.
Year 3 to Year 6: Pupils in Years 3 to 6 go to the Ogden library for supervised homework sessions, free of charge, until 4.30pm. After that, there is a £5 charge for an extended homework session until 5pm, and any children staying beyond then are transferred to the out-of-school care room.
Holiday Club
During all school holidays, an educational and fun-filled holiday club is available for our children.
This is a fabulous opportunity for them to meet up with friends and enjoy a wide range of exciting challenges, and themed-based activities.
