The High Sheriff of North Yorkshire, Mrs Clare Granger, and Mr Edward Leng, Head of Performance at Manchester United, were guests of honour at the annual Speech Day and Prizegiving ceremony.
Pupils, parents, staff and friends gathered in a marquee on the Head’s Lawn to hear Headmaster Mr Nathan Sadler welcome guests before pupils from Pre-Reception to Year 6 took to the stage for a series of musical performances.
Prizes were handed out to children from all years to recognise their success throughout the academic year in a range of subjects including Maths, English, sport and drama, to kindness and consideration
