BGS pays respects to the fallen at annual Remembrance Day services

The entire BGS  community joined together to take part in our traditional Remembrance Day service in the school’s Poppy Courtyard.

The service, led by Headmaster Mr Nathan Sadler, included readings by children in Year 6 and music and was a poignant service as children and staff took time out of the school day to pay their respects to the fallen.

And on Sunday, pupils from BGS children were fine ambassadors at the annual Remembrance Sunday services at the Cenotaph in Harrogate and Ripon Spa Gardens.

At the going down of the sun, And in the morning, We will remember them.
