Our Nursery sits at the heart of Belmont Grosvenor School and provides a nurturing, stimulating and happy environment in which children are encouraged to explore, grow in confidence and develop a genuine love of learning, rooted within the vision and values of the school, together with our incredible buildings and natural landscape.

You will lead and inspire a committed team of Early Years practitioners, champion the highest standards of care and education, and ensure that our children remain at the centre of everything we do.

You will also play an important role in strengthening relationships with families, developing our Nursery community and helping to ensure that Magic Tree Nursery continues to be a first-choice setting for families in the local area.

  • combines excellent organisational and operational skills with creativity, warmth and ambition;
  • is confident managing the demands of a busy Nursery environment;
  • builds strong, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues;
  • brings a visible, approachable and values-led leadership style; andis excited by the opportunity to develop the Nursery, introduce new ideas and drive continuous improvement.
  • Why join us?

    At Magic Tree Nursery, you will become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school community, where the Early Years is valued as a vital and exciting part of a child’s educational journey.

    You will have the autonomy and support to make a difference, the opportunity to influence the future direction of the Nursery and the chance to work alongside colleagues who are passionate about children and education.

    This is an exciting time to join us. We are looking for someone who can build on everything that is already special about Magic Tree Nursery, while helping us think ambitiously and creatively about what comes next.
