Pupils at BGS are celebrating after some excellent results in the 2025 Junior Maths Challenge.
The national competition, run by UK Maths Trust, is open to children from Years 5 to 8 and designed to stimulate mathematical thinking, problem-solving and a love of numbers.
BGS children achieved phenomenal results – all winning certificates including bronze, silver and gold awards. Special mention to Benjamin in Year 4 (one of the youngest participants) for his fab bronze award and Rahul in Year 6 for winning through to the Kangaroo follow-up round, taking place later in June.
