FDS footballers work on their individual football skills with a focus on as many touches of the ball as possible in order to boost familiarity and comfort with the ball at their feet.
Signing up to the club, will give the children free access to the Skillabus PE Challenges courses (over 250 challenges to have a go at home with the family).

Student Council (Y2)
During Student Council meetings, pupils will be discussing everything and anything involving school improvement ensuring their voices are heard.

Join Cosmic Kids Yoga Club for a fun and relaxing adventure! Junior Ballet (external provider)
The children will work on collective and individual ballet dancing skills with Mrs Zealand as she integrates the different times of the year into the ballet creations.
Age Group: Reception-Year 2

Location: Greenwood Gym. BGS staff will drop the children off after their lunch.
Equipment/Clothing needed: Children can attend ballet in their school uniform or bring ballet clothing for a quick change before the session begins.

Saddler Tennis – external provider
The children begin to work on their co-ordination and ball striking skills in a tennis sphere with Jonathan Saddler (Level 4 LTA Coach). At this age, the children use a range of larger tennis balls to harness their skills.
Age Group: Pre-Reception-Year 2
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 2.30pm-3pm (Pre-Reception and Reception), 3pm-3.45pm (Year 1 and Year 2).
Location: Greenwood Gym. (Jonathan collects the children from their classrooms and returns them there or to After School Care at 3.45pm)
Equipment/Clothing needed: Children do not need to bring any specialist equipment or clothing (tennis rackets provided).
Maximum Capacity: Pre-Reception and Reception 6 children, Year 1 and Year 2 8
children.
Cost: Pre-Reception/Reception group – £85.25 (11 sessions -for the term, Year 1 and
2 group – £93.50 (11 sessions) for the term.
